Jo is an emergency medicine physician from Tauranga, Aotearoa NZ . She firmly believes that people are the heart of all that we do in healthcare and our workforce is our most valuable resource. She currently splits her time between her clinical role in emergency medicine and a new role as the NZ Workforce Wellbeing Programme Lead with the Health Roundtable, blending her passion for caring for her patients with her passion for clinician and team wellbeing.
